Founded by Mama Yali in 2022, our vision is to bring authentic Northern-style Chinese dumplings to Sonoma County families and foodies by opening more locations at more times so that anyone can enjoy Yali’s authentic and traditional Chinese treats.
Goal 1: Farmers’ Market
Introduce our Pork Buns and Jiazoi Dumplings to Sonoma County residents at various local Farmers’ Markets. 1-2 years (2022 - 2024)
Goal 2: Food Truck
Buy a food truck or trailer to make our food more accessible at more days and times. 1-2 years (2024 - 2026)
Goal 3: Brick and Mortar Location
Open a physical location in Santa Rosa to finally make our food accessible 5 days a week to all. 1-2 years (2026 - beyond )
