Yali’s 100% Handmade Pork Bun

Our Signature Bun

Made by Mama Yali herself, these soft, fluffy meat buns represent her love for family, friends, and community. She makes them the traditional way using recipes that go back generations to Tianjing, China (which is fairly close to Beijing), with savory, juicy meat filling full of spices. Yum!

Our Jiaozi Potstickers are soft and delicate dumplings that are pan fried on one side to make them crunchy while maintaining soft, juicy insides. Just dunk ‘em in your favorite sauce and enjoy!
